Mohamed Basha is the Founder and CEO of TLC Nursing, a national leader in travel nurse and allied health staffing. As a Registered Nurse, Mohamed launched the company in 2006 after a personal caregiving experience revealed major gaps in healthcare staffing.

What began as a solo effort in Vermont has grown into a nationwide agency with 100+ internal team members and over 500 healthcare professionals in the field. Mohamed’s clinical background gives him deep insight into the needs of both staff and patients, shaping TLC’s core values of compassion, quality, and integrity.

He has led TLC Nursing’s expansion beyond New England, including a new office in Omaha, NE, and has championed tech-driven improvements to streamline operations.

Mohamed is also active in community service, serving on the Governor’s Commission on Alzheimer’s and supporting global healthcare and education initiatives. His mission: to make TLC Nursing the most trusted travel healthcare staffing provider in the U.S.

Katelynn Audette serves as the Chief Operating Officer of TLC Nursing, bringing a strong background in operations management, leadership, and people-centered service. Since joining TLC in January 2019, Katelynn has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, optimizing internal operations, and ensuring that every department aligns with TLC’s mission of “providing exceptional care through compassion, commitment, and community.”

Before joining TLC, Katelynn built her career in the hospitality industry, opening and managing renowned hotel brands such as Hilton and Marriott. Her experience in hospitality taught her the importance of quality service, operational excellence, and creating meaningful experiences—principles she carries into her leadership at TLC Nursing.

A graduate of Keene State College, Katelynn holds a double major in Health Science and Biology, combining her passion for health and people with a strong foundation in science and organizational management.

At TLC Nursing, Katelynn’s passion lies in building a company that doesn’t just fill positions but truly supports the people behind them—healthcare professionals, clients, and patients alike. She is deeply committed to TLC’s mission of keeping care local, supporting Vermont’s workforce, and ensuring that “people caring for people” is more than a slogan—it’s a standard.

Most recently, The Leadership team has helped lead the successful launch of ShiftShield™, a program that gives Job security for healthcare professionals on the move.”  Under her operational leadership, TLC has also expanded its national travel program, broadening the company’s reach and bringing its signature compassionate care model to healthcare facilities across the country.

Whether it’s mentoring future leaders, improving systems that make caregivers’ jobs easier, or strengthening relationships with healthcare partners, Katelynn’s leadership reflects her belief that when teams feel valued and supported, extraordinary care follows.

As Director of Human Resources at TLC, Jenny leads the company’s HR, Payroll, and Compliance functions with a focus on operational excellence and people-centered leadership. With over 10 years in Administrative and HR leadership and two years at TLC, she brings a wealth of experience navigating the complex and fast-paced landscape of travel healthcare.
Jenny is dedicated to fostering a supportive and compliant work environment where both internal teams and traveling clinicians can thrive. She plays a key role in shaping company culture, streamlining processes, and ensuring regulatory alignment across all HR operations.

My name is Sharon Clow. I have been employed with TLC for over 7 years as the Payroll/Billing Manager. I have more then 30 years experience in finances. I have been the co – owner of 4 businesses throughout my working career and continue to love multitasking.  What I enjoy most about my title is forming individual relationships with our employees and clients. 

My title demands fast paced/crisis management. I welcome it with a smile though. My upbringing has taught me not to stand still, and I am very grateful for the trust given to me at TLC to get everything done timely and accurately with both Payroll/Billing.  I believe I have great work ethics and work hard but also enjoy my time in Florida while on vacations for a long-lasting work/play balance.

At TLC Nursing, I proudly serve as both the Front Office Coordinator and Fleet Manager. As the welcoming face and voice of the company, I support daily operations across all departments and help maintain strong connections with our healthcare professionals and partners.

Since 2021, I’ve overseen the management of over 100 vehicles through our sister company, TLC Leasing LLC. I built a full-cycle rental process covering vehicle maintenance, communication, logistics, and contracts. Managing our in-house fleet ensures safe, convenient, and centralized transportation for our traveling healthcare staff.

Born and raised in Vermont, I value the dedication of those who leave their homes to care for our communities. As a certified Personal Care Attendant (PCA), I understand the real needs of both caregivers and patients.

In January 2021, I earned my Notary Public license after passing the Vermont State Jurisprudence Exam. I offer free notary services to our travel staff as a personal gesture of gratitude.

As a Travel Staff Recruiter here at TLC Nursing, it’s my job to place the most qualified candidates in the appropriate jobs to fulfill the needs for both interested parties. TLC’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by learning what is important to candidates and ensuring their travel work experience is positive for the employee and beneficial to our Team.

After earning a Travel & Tourism degree at Champlain College in 1997 I jumped right into the hospitality industry. With over 19 years of experience working at the largest hotel & conference center in Vermont in sales and event management, I am able to utilize my skills in communication and project management to create a solid and trustworthy relationship with employees.

When not at work, you’ll find me on our little farm that my husband and I have been growing since 2021!

Hey Folks, Korey here. Born and raised in the state of Vermont. For me this job was an opportunity for me to bring fantastic health care professionals to the communities that make up this great state.  As a senior recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for creating and maintaining relationships, this is the Mission of TLC Nursing. This job is not just a job for me; this has turned into a passion for me. I have grown to build strong “friendships” with the individuals that I work with over the years. For me this is about healthcare professionals wanting to come back to Vermont because they had a good experience from start to finish with me as their recruiter at TLC Nursing. There are thousands of agencies, I want TLC to be the agency that healthcare professionals  think of when they are ready to travel. I love the fact that I have the privilege of staffing the facilities around the state. It is with great pleasure that I get to do that and feel the reward when a Facility calls and tells me how good of a job someone is doing!  

I Graduated from Colchester High school in 2007, GO LAKERS! I then went on to get my bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Champlain college in Burlington Vermont.

As one of the Senior Recruiters at TLC Nursing, I focus on staffing mental health organizations throughout the great state of Vermont. I am lucky enough to also be able to partner directly with the mental health programs who we staff in order to ensure transparency around expectations for our staffing requirements.

In 2024, I received an average score of 9.8 out of 10 on my recruiter evaluation that is filled out by my travelers. During that time, I was also able to build my team of travelers to be able to consistently hold about 120 active contracts at one time.

I have spent my whole life in Vermont. In 2010, I graduated from Champlain College in Burlington Vermont with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. After college, I knew that I would never be leaving this state. 

In my free time, you will find me at our family farm where we raise cows and grow veggies, flowers, and pumpkins. Our farm has become a place to experience agri tourism in Vermont. It is a space we provide for the community to be able come and taste freshly harvested vegetables, pick their own flowers and pumpkins, and also pet and feed the friendliest baby calves. 

Being able to ensure Vermont is supported and thriving is something that has always been a focus for me. This is also why working in the mental health field is important. It allows professionals to directly help individuals navigate difficult challenges and improve their lives, while also contributing to the well-being of entire communities and Vermont as a whole.
