Katelynn Audette serves as the Chief Operating Officer of TLC Nursing, bringing a strong background in operations management, leadership, and people-centered service. Since joining TLC in January 2019, Katelynn has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, optimizing internal operations, and ensuring that every department aligns with TLC’s mission of “providing exceptional care through compassion, commitment, and community.”
Before joining TLC, Katelynn built her career in the hospitality industry, opening and managing renowned hotel brands such as Hilton and Marriott. Her experience in hospitality taught her the importance of quality service, operational excellence, and creating meaningful experiences—principles she carries into her leadership at TLC Nursing.
A graduate of Keene State College, Katelynn holds a double major in Health Science and Biology, combining her passion for health and people with a strong foundation in science and organizational management.
At TLC Nursing, Katelynn’s passion lies in building a company that doesn’t just fill positions but truly supports the people behind them—healthcare professionals, clients, and patients alike. She is deeply committed to TLC’s mission of keeping care local, supporting Vermont’s workforce, and ensuring that “people caring for people” is more than a slogan—it’s a standard.
Most recently, The Leadership team has helped lead the successful launch of ShiftShield™, a program that gives Job security for healthcare professionals on the move.” Under her operational leadership, TLC has also expanded its national travel program, broadening the company’s reach and bringing its signature compassionate care model to healthcare facilities across the country.
Whether it’s mentoring future leaders, improving systems that make caregivers’ jobs easier, or strengthening relationships with healthcare partners, Katelynn’s leadership reflects her belief that when teams feel valued and supported, extraordinary care follows.
