As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for the receives, review and audits the newly hired pre employment credentials and assessments. As a Compliance Coordinator I also coordinate, review and update the documents of employees to ensure that they meet the compliance requirements. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by understanding care ethics, good coordination and analytical abilities.

 I began my journey at TLC as a Recruitment Coordinator and have since advanced to become the HR Director’s Assistant. In my current role, I support key HR functions with a focus on timely communication, efficient onboarding, and policy compliance. I oversee the onboarding process for both office staff and travel personnel, ensuring that all necessary documentation, including I-9 forms, is completed accurately. I take pride in organizing and maintaining comprehensive HR records, helping to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company policies.

I am also actively involved in the JCAHO accreditation process, where I contribute to upholding the high standards of our organization. I am proud to be a part of this dedicated team and am committed to continuous growth, improvement, and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Before joining TLC, I worked in the marketing industry in the Philippines for 8 years, where I developed strong skills in communication, project management, and strategic planning.

Outside of work, I am a third-year college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship, which further enriches my skills and knowledge, allowing me to bring a fresh business perspective to my role.

As the Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for FB posting, communicating team updates, and reminding the recruiter of the team needs. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by being open to colleagues, sharing what I learned, and also sharing my best practice. In 2023, I successfully executed scheduling interviews daily, helping my team achieve 35 weekly interviews in just 2 weeks. I earned a College Degree in Hospitality Management at La Consolacion in Bacolod.

As the Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for screening qualified candidates and processing their job applications while helping them with their inquiries. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together,and I support this by evaluating and attracting the most fit candidate for the position and giving them help that they need as much as I can. I also make sure to build a good relationship with my colleagues. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at St. Dominic College of Asia in Cavite. Go Pike Man!

As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for ensuring clinicians’ compliance, maintaining compliance records, overseeing licensure documentation, and coordinating annual renewals, all while ensuring that all processes align with state and federal regulations.

As the Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for Screening, Profiling, and Job Posting , TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by doing the right thing with less supervision , act as one, and lead everyday as good example to everyone. I earned a Computer System Design and Programming at AMA College in Lucena City!

As the Compliance/Deployment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for verifying documents, conducting audits, and ensuring candidates are 100% compliant before their arrival. Additionally, I manage scheduling, assign shifts to active employees and make sure that they are all set for their weekly hours. My role directly supports TLC Nursing’s mission to “Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together” through open communication, clear instructions, and respectful interactions with everyone.

I have been with TLC Nursing since 2023 and in 2024, I joined the Compliance Department and have since been dedicated to ensuring all TLC employees meet compliance standards. Recently, I have also been assisting the Deployment Team on ensuring that shifts are being properly distributed to our active employees.

As the Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for screening, conducting initial interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring process . As the Virtual Assistant at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for managing calls, emails and messages from our staff, assisting Recruiter for administrative works, and assisting our active staff and newly booked candidates with all their concerns, while keeping track of our incoming candidates and helping compliance. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by making sure that I am always here for every staff member that needs our support, assistance, and building relationships with my colleagues.I earned a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering at Rizal Technological University in Mandaluyong City. As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for conducting thorough audits of any missing documents for new hires, overseeing the receipt of documents from LEAP, and ensuring that background checks have been successfully completed for all employees. In addition, I work closely with hiring managers/recruiters to keep them informed of the compliance status for each candidate throughout the hiring process. I took up a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at ICCT Colleges in Cainta, Rizal.

As the IT System Administrator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for securing , maintaining, and supporting all its IT related systems and technologies , while on board. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by ensuring that all IT systems are working , ensuring security protocols are implemented and followed to avoid breaches, and continues to look for ways to improve delivery of services.

In 2018, I successfully executed a new reimaging method, helping my team achieve our 3 month planned implementation in just two months. I earned a BS in Computer Engineering at CVSCAFT – TCC in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Go [School Mascot]!
