In 2006, a family friend named Mike asked Mohamed to assist his mother, Sally, in returning home from a rehabilitation facility. Witnessing firsthand the challenges and gaps in healthcare staffing, Mohamed was inspired to make a difference. Encouraged by Sally’s gratitude, he founded TLC Nursing in Vermont, starting as a one-man operation committed to providing high-quality care.

As a Registered Nurse, Mohamed brings a unique perspective to healthcare staffing. His clinical background ensures that TLC Nursing operates with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by both healthcare professionals and facilities. Growing TLC Nursing.

Under Mohamed’s leadership, TLC Nursing has grown exponentially. From serving the New England region from 2006 to 2018, the company expanded its reach nationwide in 2019. By 2022, TLC Nursing had opened an office in Omaha, Nebraska, to tap into a wider pool of talent with travel healthcare staffing expertise. Today, TLC Nursing boasts over 100 internal staff members and more than 500 field staff, all dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
