Being a newbie in a company can be challenging and takes a lot of adjustments but here at TLC Nursing, a sense of belonging will never be an issue. Employees are very cordial and sociable and will give you the assistance you need. I’ve been part of TLC since the fall of 2021 and I have successfully executed the required reports and exceeded the target needed, helping my team achieve our daily goal and the nurses needed in different facilities in just a few months.

As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for making sure that my candidate is compliant, well-informed, and fully prepared, while ensuring all documentation and credentialing requirements are met on time. In 2024, I successfully executed multiple onboarding initiatives and compliance checks, helping my team achieve and pass the JCAHO audit in just 3 months.

As the Payroll Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for auditing every candidate’s working hours, Health Insurance Enrollment & Termination Audit, and always being ready for any AD HOC reports/audits that our management might have given to me. I will be turning in 1 month on the March 14th of this company, I know this short period of time I may not have contributed a lot yet but I am dedicated enough to learn new things and to support my team whenever I can.

On September 8, 2021, I successfully joined and executed my job description as a payroll assistant, helping my team achieve deadlines with the implementation of a new system that helped the department with a more streamlined process.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Pilgrim Christian College in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.

As the Staff Accountant-AR at TLC Nursing Associates, Inc., I am responsible for maintaining the billing system, generating invoices and account statements, ensuring all incoming payments are received and processed, performing account reconciliations, responding and resolving clients’ billing issues, and reviewing and correcting any discrepancies. TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together and I support this by being hands-on and managing efficiently the daily operations from the billing process through the collection process. When I joined TLC in February 2022, I was able to strengthen and grow relationships with clients and support the company in optimizing our financial transactions.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

As the Staff Deployment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for communication during after-hours, sending out text and email as well as responding to queries on phone and chat, while working on staff timesheets, labor reports and other admin tasks.

In February 2022, I first became part of TLC Nursing. I might have not contributed enough yet, but I am proud to say that I have successfully executed all my assigned tasks with great quality and efficiency, helping out my managers and peers, making their work easier and allowing them to be able to focus on other important parts of the business.

As a Payroll Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for overseeing the overall payroll process, from supervising the accuracy of hours being processed in our system, to ensuring the correctness of the final pay of each and every caregiver. I am also in charge of addressing payroll and billing issues and making sure to be in open communication with both our clients and staff during the process.

Since I started in August 2020, I successfully executed and addressed a lot of payroll and billing concerns, helping the Payroll Team reduce a significant amount of errors in a matter of weeks.

As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for the receives, review and audits the newly hired pre employment credentials and assessments. As a Compliance Coordinator I also coordinate, review and update the documents of employees to ensure that they meet the compliance requirements.  I began my journey at TLC as a Recruitment Coordinator and have since advanced to become the HR Director’s Assistant. In my current role, I support key HR functions with a focus on timely communication, efficient onboarding, and policy compliance. I oversee the onboarding process for both office staff and travel personnel, ensuring that all necessary documentation, including I-9 forms, is completed accurately. I take pride in organizing and maintaining comprehensive HR records, helping to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company policies.

I am also actively involved in the JCAHO accreditation process, where I contribute to upholding the high standards of our organization. I am proud to be a part of this dedicated team and am committed to continuous growth, improvement, and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Before joining TLC, I worked in the marketing industry in the Philippines for 8 years, where I developed strong skills in communication, project management, and strategic planning.

Outside of work, I am a third-year college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship, which further enriches my skills and knowledge, allowing me to bring a fresh business perspective to my role.

As the Recruitment Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for FB posting, communicating team updates, and reminding the recruiter of the team needs. In 2023, I successfully executed scheduling interviews daily, helping my team achieve 35 weekly interviews in just 2 weeks. I earned a College Degree in Hospitality Management at La Consolacion in Bacolod.
