As the Assistant Strategic Client Manager at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for reviewing and approving candidate submissions from pay packages to complete submittal packets, ensuring every detail aligns with client requirements and internal standards. I verify all job information, cross-check rates and deal sheets, manage VMS submissions, and coordinate with recruiters to ensure each candidate is perfectly qualified for the position. I also handle job postings, weekly audits, and internal communications such as newsletters, while providing support for on-call operations, housing coordination, and client inquiries.
TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by maintaining consistent communication with recruiters and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all submissions, and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability. My work directly contributes to creating seamless processes that connect qualified healthcare professionals with facilities in need.
In 2025, I helped develop and implement standardized requirements for submissions, ensuring recruiters have clear guidelines for both VMS and direct submissions. This improved consistency and efficiency across the team’s submittal process.
