As a recruiter at TLC, I’m passionate about helping nurses and allied health professionals find
their ideal assignments. My goal is to connect you with contracts that align with your career
aspirations while also helping you fulfill your sense of adventure.

I have worked as a recruiter in the past before switching to payroll. I am back as a recruiter after
assisting with candidate credentialing. Now I get to help you find the best opportunity I can.

When I’m not working as a recruiter, I am usually working on my own projects. I love to write,
spray paint, and collect things. I have launched/closed a clothing line while advertising
alongside beverage brands and UFCfightpass. I can not forget to mention my cat Fleck, I would
take her everywhere with me if I could.

As a Recruiter at TLC Nursing, I’m dedicated to connecting exceptional Allied and Nursing
professionals with rewarding opportunities, always aligning with our mission to build meaningful

In 2025, I successfully launched my recruiting career by supporting the credentialing process
and assisting my team with candidate credentialing before transitioning into my current role as a
Travel Staff Recruiter.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dog parent to my Shih-Poo, Dexter, and a huge fan of all things
Halloween and horror. I also enjoy my fair share of video games and getting lost in imaginative

My name is Jared Bohnenkamp, and I’m a Credentialing Specialist at TLC Nursing. I focus on
ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of credentialing. I take pride in being
detail-oriented, responsive, and understanding—qualities that help support both our team and
the professionals we work with every day.

Outside of work, I love spending time camping with my family and cheering on Nebraska

As the Healthcare Recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for sourcing top-tier clinical talent
and managing the full-cycle recruitment process, while ensuring a seamless and positive

I’m a highly accomplished Credentialing Specialist and Career Coach with over 10 years of
experience in Marketing and Career Coaching. I’m known for my complete follow-through with
clients from start to finish and my ability to help them achieve their career goals quickly. In 2024,
I hit a major milestone—credentialing the most candidates directly out of training and achieving
a 100% customer retention rate!

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to customer
retention and a real passion for helping new candidates land contracts they’re genuinely excited
about—not just another job. I’ve continually hit company-set goals and played a key role in
getting new candidates fully credentialed in record time.

In addition to my professional work, I’m a seasoned veteran in sales. Outside of work, I stay
active by coaching football and volunteering at my son’s high school. I’m also proud to be
working toward owning my fourth business—a restaurant focused on comfort food.

I’m born and raised in Lincoln, NE and I am the oldest of 7. I’m a first generation college
graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln! I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
with minors in Business Administration and Communication Studies. Outside of work I am either

In 2025, I led key automation and reporting initiatives across TLC Nursing—developing analytics dashboards, refining job and client systems, and improving cross-department collaboration. These upgrades enhanced accuracy, strengthened communication, and reduced manual processes by over 40% in less than a year. I serve as a bridge between teams, connecting people, processes, and technology to keep operations seamless and efficient.
