As the Compliance Coordinator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for conducting thorough audits of any missing documents for new hires, overseeing the receipt of documents from LEAP, and ensuring that background checks have been successfully completed for all employees. In addition, I work closely with hiring managers/recruiters to keep them informed of the compliance status for each candidate throughout the hiring process. I took up a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at ICCT Colleges in Cainta, Rizal.

As the IT System Administrator at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for securing , maintaining, and supporting all its IT related systems and technologies , while on board. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by ensuring that all IT systems are working , ensuring security protocols are implemented and followed to avoid breaches, and continues to look for ways to improve delivery of services.

In 2018, I successfully executed a new reimaging method, helping my team achieve our 3 month planned implementation in just two months. I earned a BS in Computer Engineering at CVSCAFT – TCC in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Go [School Mascot]!

As the Sales Administrative Assistant at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the jobs we manage and making sure they are properly communicated from the sales team to operations. I conduct internal audits of job postings and submissions to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations.

TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by ensuring job data accuracy, streamlining communication between departments, and helping the sales team make informed, data-driven decisions.

In 2023, I successfully implemented key process improvements that helped my team achieve faster job posting turnaround times, reduce mapping and job errors, and improve overall job posting accuracy within just three months.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Cebu in Cebu City, Philippines. You can’t spell UC without success!
