At TLC Nursing, I’m a Strategic Client Manager – your point of contact – learning your programs, forecasting coverage, and coordinating recruiting, credentialing, and onboarding, so your facility gets high-quality, compliant staff when and where you need them. With years spent in long-term care and hands on work supporting people with special needs and complex behaviors, I understand the skills and temperament that fit. I keep communication clear and practical. My job is to build a partnership you can count on, so care stays consistent for what really matters – your clients and residents.

As a Client Manager at TLC Nursing, I wear a lot of hats – business developer, relationship
builder, staffing matchmaker, and occasional coffee-fueled problem solver. I genuinely love what
I do, especially partnering with long-term care facilities and mental health programs to make
sure they’re fully staffed with top-tier clinicians who actually enjoy what they do (imagine that!).

With over five years in the medical staffing world, I’ve done a little bit of everything, Allied/Nurse
Recruiter, Training Manager, Client Manager, you name it. Basically, if it involves working with
awesome clinicians and making sure patients get the care they deserve, I’m all in. I’m
passionate about quality care and feel lucky to play even a small role in supporting those on the
front lines.

On the personal side, I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Kansas
(Rock Chalk, Jayhawk!). During college, I balanced academics with sorority life in Alpha Gamma
Delta and had a blast playing intramural rugby – yes, rugby. Don’t let the business attire fool you.

These days, when I’m not talking about staffing, you’ll probably find me planning my next travel
adventure, hanging out with my amazing 13-year-old daughter, or curled up on the couch with
Winston, my very opinionated Airedale Terrier. He thinks he runs the house. He might be right.

As TLC Nursing’s Credentialing Manager, I wrangle both people and platforms. My job is to
streamline the credentialing process so our nurses can get to work faster and our CRM doesn’t
decide to become self-aware. I’m a big believer in honesty, laughter, and that a well-timed joke
is the best productivity tool.

As the Senior Credentialing Specialist at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for ensuring travelers
documentation to meet compliance standards and mentoring new Credentialing Specialists,
while I meet TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best
people together, and I support this by actively listening, fostering a culture of trust and respect,
and striving to raise the bar each day!
In almost 2 years, I successfully executed my goals by helping my team achieve theirs in just 2
months.

At TLC Nursing, I serve as a Human Resources Specialist, where I focus on compliance,
onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, internal recruitment, and supporting our
incredible healthcare professionals from behind the scenes.

My background is rooted in the healthcare staffing industry, where I’ve developed a deep
understanding of the unique challenges and fast-paced nature of this field. I take pride in
fostering people-first environments, building strong internal teams, and helping employees feel
heard, valued, and supported.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University,
and I’m currently preparing for the SHRM-CP certification to further expand my expertise and
stay current with evolving HR best practices.

Driven by empathy, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindset, I love what I do and am proud to

As the Team Lead at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for overseeing daily operations and guiding
team performance, while ensuring exceptional service to both our clients and healthcare
professionals. TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best
people together, and I support this by mentoring team members, streamlining communication,
and fostering a collaborative environment.

As a Senior Recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for running my own desk of
qualified healthcare professionals while assisting and advising Junior Recruiters. TLC

together, and I support this by advocating for my travelers, providing outstanding
commitment and keeping a positive mindset.

In 2025, I successfully grew my desk by more than fifty percent of where it was in 2024.
I accomplished this while sustaining positive relationships with both existing and new
healthcare professionals.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in History at the University of Omaha Nebraska.

In my free time I like to exercise, spend time at home with my fiancé, and give my dog
the best life that she deserves!

As a Healthcare Recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for building profiles and help with the
beginning process, while expressing TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by
bringing the best people together, and I support this by speaking to every person as if they are my good
friend, assuring them that I’m there if they need me, and always being available.
In 2025, I successfully executed credentialing 15 people by helping my team achieve in less than 1
month.

I am responsible for sourcing qualified healthcare professionals and connecting them with
facilities facing staffing shortages. In this role, I uphold TLC Nursing’s mission to cultivate
meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together. I support this mission by staying
informed about industry trends, actively listening with empathy, and creating personalized
strategies to help travelers achieve both their professional and personal goals. Above all, I
consistently act in the best interests of the professionals and partners I work with. I earned a
Bachelors in Communication Studies at University of Nebraska in Lincoln. #GBR. Also a Texas
