As the travel staff recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for recruiting, maintaining relationships with my existing recruits, and being a strong support system for individuals who are traveling. I understand that our travelers are away from their loved ones, away from their support system back home. I strive to be a listening ear when they need to talk.

TLC Nursing’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by trying to find the most passionate and hard-working individuals to fill all of our facility needs.

I spent 13 years of my professional life in hospitality. I bring that with me here, to TLC. I want nurses and medical professionals to leave TLC with a sense of satisfaction. I want them to leave here and say “this company really cares about us as travelers and cares about the people who work for them and with them!”

I earned a Marketing Degree in 2011 at Champlain College. Located right here in the beautiful city of Burlington! When I am not working in the summer months I enjoy getting out on my boat on Lake Champlain, playing golf, and going on hikes. During the winter months, I enjoy playing hockey and going ice fishing.

As a Travel Staff Recruiter here at TLC Nursing, it’s my job to place the most qualified candidates in the appropriate jobs to fulfill the needs for both interested parties. TLC’s mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by learning what is important to candidates and ensuring their travel work experience is positive for the employee and beneficial to our Team.

After earning a Travel & Tourism degree at Champlain College in 1997 I jumped right into the hospitality industry. With over 19 years of experience working at the largest hotel & conference center in Vermont in sales and event management, I am able to utilize my skills in communication and project management to create a solid and trustworthy relationship with employees.

When not at work, you’ll find me on our little farm that my husband and I have been growing since 2021!

As the travel CNA recruiter at TLC Nursing, I am responsible for making sure CNA’s on my team are put in the best position and the best area that fits their needs and most importantly, enjoy. TLC Nursing’s mission is to Cultivate meaningful relationships by bringing the best people together, and I support this by interacting with my candidates and helping them in any way I possibly can.I earned a Master Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Bellevue University in Nebraska. Go Bears!

In my short time here, I have been able to accomplish many contracts being offered to my team and able to find them great jobs that they will always remember. If you need someone that will work all day no brakes for you, I am your guy!
