The RN will work in various departments based on staffing needs, ensuring seamless coverage and patient safety in diverse healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care across different hospital units as needed
Adapt quickly to various specialties such as Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Telemetry, and more
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety regulations
Respond to emergency situations and perform critical interventions when necessary

Qualifications

Active RN license in applicable state(s)
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in multiple specialties (Med-Surg, ICU, ER, etc.) preferred
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
