Qualifications
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of nursing personnel
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
- Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare administrators, physicians, and other department heads
- Manage nursing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and professional development programs
- Address patient concerns and implement effective care strategies
- Stay updated on new healthcare trends, policies, and innovations
