TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with staff management, compliance, and overall nursing leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily nursing operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality and efficiency in services.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Address patient and family concerns to ensure excellent care experiences.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and nursing best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
