TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is hiring an experienced Radiologic Technologist – OR to provide high-quality intraoperative imaging support during surgical procedures. Responsibilities
- Operate mobile C-arms and other fluoroscopic equipment to support real-time imaging during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to ensure optimal imaging angles and patient positioning.
- Adhere to sterile field protocols and maintain a clean, safe OR environment.
- Maintain accurate imaging records in accordance with HIPAA and hospital standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions as necessary.
- Quickly adapt to various OR protocols and contribute positively to multidisciplinary surgical teams.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ARRT certification required (state licensure as applicable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist, including OR or surgical imaging experience.
- Proficiency in intraoperative imaging techniques using C-arm fluoroscopy.
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and eagerness to accept travel assignments in diverse clinical environments.
