TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Multimodality Technologist capable of performing diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities—including X?ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine—to support accurate patient diagnosis and care. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities as ordered by physicians.
- Operate and adjust imaging equipment to obtain high?quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and adherence to safety protocols.
- Follow radiation?safety and modality?specific protocols, maintaining full regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures in compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, high?quality patient care.
- Monitor, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and contribute positively to each healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or equivalent certifications for each modality practiced (state licensure where applicable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in multiple imaging modalities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating X?ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and/or Nuclear Medicine equipment.
- Strong understanding of imaging techniques, radiation safety, and modality?specific best practices.
- Excellent communication, critical?thinking, and patient?care skills.
- Willingness and ability to accept travel assignments across multiple facilities.
