Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient setting.

- Coordinate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Travel to various outpatient facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- License: Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient or clinic setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong patient care, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
- Certifications: BLS certification required.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
