• Ensure high-quality images are obtained for analysis and diagnosis of heart conditions such as valve disease, heart failure, and cardiomyopathies.
• Provide preliminary observations and report findings to cardiologists and physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols.
• Troubleshoot and ensure proper functioning of echocardiogram equipment.
• Adapt to various hospital workflows and procedures during travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Certification in Cardiac Sonography (RDCS or RCS) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performing echocardiograms in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using echocardiographic equipment and interpreting results.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness and flexibility to accept travel assignments to different healthcare facilities.
