Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Educate patients and caregivers on communication techniques and swallowing strategies.
- Utilize assistive communication devices and alternative therapy methods when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in rehabilitation planning and patient advocacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure:
- State-issued SLP license (or eligibility for state licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, patient evaluation, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient engagement skills.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to relocate for temporary travel assignments.
