The Behavioral Health Social Worker will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to individuals dealing with mental health disorders, substance abuse, or life challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine patients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients and families.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Connect patients to community resources and support services.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment approaches.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and de-escalate conflicts.
- Excellent communication and case management skills.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to relocate temporarily for assignments.
