TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Urology to provide specialized care to patients with urological conditions. Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with urinary tract disorders, kidney diseases, and prostate conditions
• Assist with cystoscopies, catheter placements, urodynamic testing, and other urological procedures
• Educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and post-procedure care
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other necessary treatments
• Monitor patients for complications, infections, or post-operative concerns
• Work closely with urologists, nephrologists, and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Provide compassionate support to patients dealing with chronic urological conditions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in urology, nephrology, or surgical nursing
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced certification in Urology Nursing (CURN) preferred
• Experience in catheterization techniques, kidney stone management, and incontinence treatments is a plus
• Strong patient education and communication skills
