Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between nurses, physicians, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication
- Oversee staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Address patient concerns, incidents, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards
- Maintain accurate records of staffing, patient care metrics, and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
