Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, schedules, and daily operations within the unit
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations related to patient care and documentation
Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes
Act as a liaison between nurses, physicians, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication
Oversee staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Address patient concerns, incidents, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards
Maintain accurate records of staffing, patient care metrics, and compliance audits

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
