Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure adherence to healthcare policies and procedures
Monitor patient care delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with medical standards
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel
Provide guidance and training to nurses on best practices, patient safety, and clinical procedures
Address patient concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure optimal patient satisfaction
Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate records of staff performance, incident reports, and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
