Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
