Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, incident reports, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
