Responsibilities

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide specialized care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. The ideal candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

Monitor and assess patients with acute and chronic illnesses
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions
Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry readings
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Benefits

Minimum 2 years of PCU or step-down unit experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
