Responsibilities

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse – Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from anesthesia. The ideal candidate will monitor patient conditions, manage pain, and ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to full consciousness and stability.

Qualifications

Monitor and assess post-anesthesia patients for signs of complications
Administer pain management medications and IV therapy as needed
Ensure airway patency and oxygenation in recovering patients
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation of patient recovery progress
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
