• Monitor and maintain surgical equipment, supplies, and operating room readiness.
• Assist in developing OR policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hospital administration to enhance OR efficiency.
• Document and report surgical outcomes, incidents, and procedural improvements.
• Support and mentor OR nursing staff to enhance skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of perioperative nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with patient positioning, and handle surgical equipment.
