- Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hospital administration to enhance OR efficiency.
- Document and report surgical outcomes, incidents, and procedural improvements.
- Support and mentor OR nursing staff to enhance skills and teamwork.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities as part of assignment requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, BSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of perioperative nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with patient positioning, and handle surgical equipment.
- Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
