Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients in observation status.
Provide timely interventions based on patient condition changes.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
Travel to various hospitals and medical facilities for temporary assignments.

Qualifications

Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Observation Unit, ED, or Med-Surg.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
Skills: Strong assessment, time management, and patient care coordination skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and assist patients as needed.
Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
