Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients in observation status.
• Provide timely interventions based on patient condition changes.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Travel to various hospitals and medical facilities for temporary assignments.

Qualifications

• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Observation Unit, ED, or Med-Surg.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Skills: Strong assessment, time management, and patient care coordination skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and assist patients as needed.
• Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
