Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the MICU.

- Respond to emergency situations, including code blues and rapid response calls.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and post-ICU care.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments.
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a critical care or MICU setting.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
- Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and ventilator management skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours and assist with patient transfers.
- Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
