Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assess patient progress.
Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and post-operative recovery.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospital care.
Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies.
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments.

Qualifications

Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a Medical-Surgical unit.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in medication administration, patient assessment, and critical thinking.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and handle physically demanding tasks.
Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
