Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assess patient progress.
  • Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and post-operative recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospital care.
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a Medical-Surgical unit.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in medication administration, patient assessment, and critical thinking.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
