Responsibilities

Monitor resident conditions, medication administration, and care quality.
Address patient concerns and resolve any care issues.
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
Travel to various long-term care facilities as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in long-term care or nursing supervision.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Certifications: BLS required; Geriatric or LTC certifications preferred.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments.
