TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN – LTC Supervisor for travel assignments in long-term care settings. This role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and coordinating daily operations in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, clinical expertise, and problem-solving skills to support residents and healthcare teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing staff, patient care plans, and daily facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Provide clinical support and training to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams.
  • Monitor resident conditions, medication administration, and care quality.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve any care issues.
  • Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
  • Travel to various long-term care facilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in long-term care or nursing supervision.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Certifications: BLS required; Geriatric or LTC certifications preferred.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments.
