TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN – LTC Supervisor for travel assignments in long-term care settings. This role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and coordinating daily operations in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff, patient care plans, and daily facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Provide clinical support and training to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams.
- Monitor resident conditions, medication administration, and care quality.
- Address patient concerns and resolve any care issues.
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
- Travel to various long-term care facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in long-term care or nursing supervision.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Certifications: BLS required; Geriatric or LTC certifications preferred.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments.
