TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) for travel assignments. This role involves providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
  • Monitor residents’ vital signs, conditions, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility and hygiene.
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
  • Ensure proper documentation of medical records and care plans.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications

  • Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a long-term care or geriatric nursing setting.
  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
  • Skills: Strong patient care, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift patients, work extended shifts, and provide hands-on care.
  • Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
