TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Radiology (IR) to assist in minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The RN will collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety, procedural efficiency, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Assist in interventional radiology procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and catheter placements
Monitor patients’ vital signs and sedation levels during procedures
Administer IV medications, contrast agents, and moderate sedation as needed
Educate patients and families on pre-procedure and post-procedure care
Maintain sterile techniques and assist in equipment preparation
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses
Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in applicable state(s)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Critical Care, or Cath Lab preferred
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, contrast agents, and sedation protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-tech environment
