- Assist in discharge planning and transition of care.
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of acute care, patient assessment, and critical thinking.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift patients, and handle emergency situations.
- Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
