Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and life-support equipment
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed
- Assess patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on critical care plans and post-ICU recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Follow strict infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 1–2 years of ICU experience preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
- Strong knowledge of ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
