Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
