TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – GI Lab to provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic and gastroenterological procedures. The RN will assist in procedures, administer sedation, monitor patients, and ensure a safe and efficient environment in the GI Lab.

Responsibilities

Assist with endoscopic, colonoscopy, and other GI procedures
Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures
Administer moderate sedation and medications as per physician orders
Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care
Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
Work collaboratively with gastroenterologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers
Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license in applicable state(s)
Minimum 1–2 years of GI Lab or endoscopy nursing experience preferred
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
Experience with moderate sedation and patient monitoring
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment
