Qualifications
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
- Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
- Skills: High-level critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and emotional resilience.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on assignments in different ER environments nationwide.
