Responsibilities

Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in emergency medical situations.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform life-saving procedures as needed.
Monitor patient vitals and react swiftly to any clinical changes.
Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and technologies.
Provide patient education and discharge instructions post-emergency treatment.
Adhere to hospital protocols, documentation standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
Skills: High-level critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and emotional resilience.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on assignments in different ER environments nationwide.
