Qualifications

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of nursing personnel
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies
Collaborate with healthcare administrators, physicians, and other department heads
Manage nursing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and professional development programs
Address patient concerns and implement effective care strategies
Stay updated on new healthcare trends, policies, and innovations
