Responsibilities

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Travel RN – Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations in healthcare facilities. Qualifications

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of nursing personnel
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
  • Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare administrators, physicians, and other department heads
  • Manage nursing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and professional development programs
  • Address patient concerns and implement effective care strategies
  • Stay updated on new healthcare trends, policies, and innovations
