Qualifications

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of nursing personnel
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
  • Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare administrators, physicians, and other department heads
  • Manage nursing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
