TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to assist in complex cardiac and vascular surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries in the operating room.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and responses during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment as required for procedures.
• Administer medications, fluids, and blood products as needed.
• Document surgical procedures, patient progress, and post-operative care.
• Adhere to infection control and surgical safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CVOR or perioperative nursing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) or Cardiac Surgery Certification (CSC) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, team-oriented environment.
