TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac to provide specialized care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive cardiac care to patients with heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac procedures
Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings, responding to abnormalities promptly
Administer cardiac medications, IV drips, and other treatments as prescribed
Assist in cardiac catheterizations, stress tests, and other diagnostic procedures
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient records, assessments, and care plans
Follow hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac, telemetry, or critical care nursing
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
Certification in Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN) or Cardiac-Vascular Nursing (CVRN) preferred
Strong EKG interpretation and telemetry monitoring skills
Ability to handle emergency situations and respond quickly to cardiac events
