Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and provide comprehensive nursing care to acutely ill patients.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize advanced clinical skills to recognize and respond to patient deterioration.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Travel to various healthcare facilities as required.

Qualifications

Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in acute care nursing.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and multitasking abilities.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS or TNCC preferred.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments.
