Job Overview
TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, support patient care, and uphold regulatory standards. This position is designed for travel assignments, offering technologists the chance to thrive in diverse clinical settings while exploring new locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform X?rays, fluoroscopy, and other diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation?safety measures.
- Maintain and operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and comply with all regulatory standards.
- Document imaging procedures and patient information accurately in compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high?quality patient care.
- Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and contribute positively to each healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ARRT certification required (additional state licensure if applicable).
- Minimum 1?2 years of experience in radiology preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough understanding of imaging protocols.
- Excellent communication, critical?thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness and ability to take on travel assignments across multiple facilities.
