Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree or certification in Psychiatric Technology, Mental Health, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a mental health setting preferred.
Certification: BLS/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient care skills.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
