Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and bodily fluids.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure test accuracy.
- Prepare specimens for testing and processing.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and order laboratory supplies.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Certification: ASCP, AMT, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a laboratory setting.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments.
